Muaythai to join in Busan

Busan World Tracks Games 2008 opening on 26 September, The 4th Muaythai amateur boxing for the world champion was also included. Many boxers from more than 160 countries gathered to compete. After the result of drawing of male boxer team from Thailand, Dr. Sakchye Tapsuwan, President of International Federation of Muaythai Amateur (IFMA) believed that they can win easily because of the serious practice. ,

The 4th Muaythai amateur boxing for the world champion started to compete on 27 September at Zajig Indoor Stadium, Pusan. His Excellency General Pichitr Kullawacijaya will be the chairman of the the opening ceremony. Phanupong Tunjad from Thai team will compete in 63.5 kg division.

For the drawing of 48 kg. division, Sutep Lhalakorn or Nonglek Kiettongsing was passes in the first round. Sornsiri Ratwong or Binlha Menayothin in 51 kg. division will meet Aidar Shashdavletovfrom Kazakhstan. Satra Pleenarum or Yodzian Pomkwannarong in 54 kg. division will face Turkish Baris Fidnoglu . Kittisak Boonsemsen or Sakmongkon Lookprabat in 57 kg division will fight against Kalashyan from Russia. In 60 kg division, Phanupong Tanjad or Petchbandorn Tongkunheng will meet Yuri Dzatlau from Belarus. . Phanupan Tanjad or Denbandorn Tongkungheng in 63.5 kg division will fight against Russian boxer. Somkit Tumanin or Petchphuthorn Petchsimhuen in 67 kg division will meet Michailidis from Greece.
