Saddam to fight Suelo on October 22

Saddam Kietyongyuth is scheduled to fight with Jimrex Jaca of the Philippines on October 22.

The Thai boxer will defend his Asian Boxing Council (ABCO) title for the first time against the Filipino on October 22 at 3.00 p.m. at Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University in Nonthaburi.

Wandee Singwangcha will fight Nino Suelo of the Philippines in the same event, said organizer Wasan Mongkollappakit.

Another prominent boxer, Denkaosan Kratingdaenggym will fight for the WBA “interim” flyweight title in October 17 and will challenge the non-interim title holder Takefumi Sakata in Japan at the end of this year.

Denkasosan said he was facing family issues but his manager Naris Singwangcha has provided him funding for the training for the two fights. The boxer promised that “there would definitely be no problems”.
