Due to the limited time, Pornsawan Kratingdaeng Gym trained intensively as “Kamnun K” Pramuk Rojanatun asked him to undergo 20 sparring daily to make sure he will be physically fit ahead of his trip to the Philippines for the WBO fight against home challenger Donnie Nietes on September 30. Yodsanan Sityodthong visited Por Pramuk Camp to give him a morale support and help train him tactically and technically.

Pornsawan is due to leave Thailand on September 26 for the WBO fight against Donnie Nietes at the Waterfront Hotel and Casino in the Cebu Islands, the Philippines. Channel 7 will televise the match live on September 30.

Pornsawan has been training intensively at Por Pramuk Camp in Cha Choengsao under the close supervision of “Kamnun K” Pramuk Rojanatun, the head of the camp and the manager. Pramuk disclosed later that after Pornsawan trained in his camp since the end of September and since he learned that he will go up in the challenge match, he is fit physically and mentally. Pornsawan is also determined and devoted in his training.

“I told him (Pornsawan) to train hard in the morning and in the evening, 10 sparring rounds apiece. He has already passed 80 sparring and as far as I see him train, he is in good shape and ready for the match.

Pornsawan also received the morale support from Yodsanan Sityodthong, his adoring fighter whom he trained with during the training session at the Sityodthong Camp. Yodsanan gave him a morale support aside from giving him some tips. Pornsawan vowed that he will do his best in the fight although the competition location suits Nietes.

“Nietes will take the home crowd advantage, but I have power, strength and the powerful punches. I will try to bring the world champion’s title belt back to Thailand,” Pornsawan said.
