Pornsawan Kratingdaeng Gym is ready to travel to the Philippines to vie for the WBO title belt, vowing that he is fit physically following the 100 sparring and ready to write another chapter of history by emerging as the 38th world champion of Thailand. He also said that he did not care that much that the Philippine medias had run their coverage in favour of their fighter.

Pornsawan, a PABA champion of Thailand who has turned to a challenge match for the vacant WBO mini-flyweight, is due to take on Filipino No 1 contender Donnie Nietes on September 30.

Pornsawan has already concluded his sparring after the intensive one-month 100 sparring rounds and underwent the medical check-up at Cha Choengsao Hospital to bring the medial certificate for the confirmation ruled by the WBO. He is due to leave Thailand on September 26 by Thai Airways International at 9.20am.

After the training, Pornsawan said that he is now fit physically and mentally and ready for the fight.

"my physical fitness is in the pink although the training session lasted just one month, but I don't think it will pose any problem to my readiness for the fight"he said.

The Philippine medias had run their boxing coverage, saying that I'm just a challenger. I think it's normal that they said so. They had to write whatever in favour of their fighter. It's not always true that home fighter must win the match. It actually depends upon the performances of both fighters that day. I think I trained well and I'm also confident that my superb form is good enough to take the title belt back home and bring the fame and reputation to my hometown as the 38th world champion of Thailand" he added.

Pramuk Rojanatun revealed that the fight will be the most important fight of Pornsawan. It will also be the first time for the Por Pramuk Camp to send its international boxer. Previously, we were already successful in Muay Thai to win several prizes. We won the Best Boxing Camp and our boxers also brought fame by winning the K-1 Championships. I also hope that Pornsawan will be the boxer from the Por Pramuk Camp to bring fame and reputation to the camp and Thailand alike by winning the title belt"he said.
