PABA Minimumweight Champion Kwanthai Chor Na Pattalung of Thailand defeated Indonesian boxer.

Effendy of Indonesian started the game strongly and sent Thai champion down to count in round five.

But Kwanthai moved better and gained points from his series of hooks and jabs until the bell rang.

Three judges handed Kwanthai unanimous victory in his first defending fight.

Filipino Ariel Delgado became new ABCO Super Bantamweight title by defeated former champion Rajamongkol Kokiert Gym.

Delgado started his aggressive fight against former champion in the first two rounds and his series of  hooks sent Rajamongkol down in the third round and claimed the Super Bantamweight title.

Rajamongkol’s manager, Kokiert Panichayarom said he was not concerned about the loss as Thai boxer has less experiences and he will support Rajamongkol to challenge the title back.

ABCO Champion Rajamongkol Kokiert Gym was ready to defend his title against Filipino boxer.

Rajamongkok and Ariel Delgado of the Philippines faced each other for the weight check before the two boxers will fight in Thailand’s northeastern province of Yasothorn.

Thai Super Bantamweight Champion said he was confident to defend his title even Delgado will have good record in fighting against Thai boxer.

Indonesian challenger arrives for PABA Minimumweight PDF Print E-mail

Indonesian and ranked number one from Indonesia arrived Thailand for PABA championship fighting.

The 20-year-old Effendy arrived Bangkok by Thai Airways fight after missing Garuda fight.

He said he was fit and well train and recently knocked Thai boxer in the warm up match in round two.

Kwanthai Chor Na Pattalung, title owner, said his physical was fully fit and firmly confident to defend the title.

The match will be held on 28 December.

Promoter Rachaporn Wongsaroj hold the two-days boxing matches for the New Year celebration.

The matches will include the defending championship match between Spinard Wanmario Kaeosamrit, Muaythai Lightweight title holder, and the challenger from Turkey.

The other will be women Muaythai match between Nong Mind Carcare Gym and Japanese Yuriko Kaeosamrit.

The matches were supported by famous promoter Suchart Kerdmek.

Former Thai army chief and former chairman of the Amateur Boxing Association of Thailand won the election.

Chetta Tanajaro, the former chairman, had led his Ruem Jai Thai Chart Pattana joined the weekend's election.

His party won nine seats of 480 seats in Thai parliament.

Don King denied to sent a latest fighting of Nicaragua's Jose Alfaro to Thai boxer Prawet Victory Gym.

Attaporn Tangnusart, Prawet's manager, said he would bought a tape of Alfaro's latest fight from Nicaragua television after Don King denied to sent him the tape unless he pays for 5,000 dollars.

Meanwhile Alfaro had arrived Germany for training.

Two Former Thai champions together with camp owner failed to win the general election held at weekend.

But Samart Malooleem, a former camp owner of Look Klong Ton, a boxing camp in surburb of Bankok, recieved overwhelmling support by the voters and will become the member of Thai parliament if the Election Commission ratify him next year.

They were include the chairman of Thailand's one of most famous boxing stadium, Theera Kraipanon, the country's promoter number one Songchai Rattanasuban and Phetyindee promotor Virat Vachariratanawong.
