 Famous Songchai Rattanasuban shown his support another promoter in organising the so-called "Phetthongkam Wansongchai" to be held this week.

Songchai has offered several of his best boxers to fight in the tournament, cooperated by another promoter Termsak Pitithanasarn, to be held at Rajadamneun staduim on 19 December.

 Two boxing associations - The Amateur Muaythai Association of Thailand and Muaythai Association of Thailand show sign of compromise over the right to represent Thai boxers.

AMAT chairman Sakchai Thapsuwan and the chairman of IFMA said he want the problem to be solved soon as Muaythai can easily promote to become international sport and he was ready to discuss with Santipab Intarapat, the chairman of Muythai Association of Thailand, if the two associations would be merged.

Wanmai, a collage of Nong Oe said, after the victory over Saketdao, 2007 best boxer by Lumpinee boxing stadium, amid fierce critisied that Saketdao was likely to retained his tile, that None Oe is ready to let Saketdao challenge.

Famous promoter Priyakorn Rattanasuban confirms her support to women boxers.

Priyakorn, a daughter of most famous Thai promoter Songchai, said she would continued her support for women boxers. She said she has disappeared from the stadium for a period of time but she has asked her staff to continue supporting women boxers.

Famous Thai promoters were working on organizing big matches to celebrate the Rajadamneun boxing stadium anniversary.

Choocharoen Raweearamwong or Ung Mo said in the 62nd anniversary of the Rajadamneun boxing stadium, several promoters have been cooperate to held big matches for fans.

The biggest match will be the fight between Jomthong Choowattana who will fight in 125.5 ponds category against Chalemdej Sor Tawanrung.

 WBA Bantamweight boxer Somsak Singchatchawan will face his Thai fellow Poonsawat Kratingdang Gym after a warm-up match.

Somsak will fight against Filipino Jack Aziz on 25 December while Pramuansak Kokiert Gym will defend his WBO Asia-Pasific Eric Barcelona in Thailand’s southern province of Phang Nga.

Promoter and manager Kokiert Panichayarom said he would be less concern if Somsak pass Aziz because he next fight will meet  Poonsawat, WBA third ranked.

Muaythai boxer from Thailand won 10 of 11 finals at the 24th Sea Games.

Light Flyweight Nattakorn Thongngarm beat Lao Ounpanya Peta, Flyweight Sonsiri Rathrong win RSC outclass over Myanmar’s Kyaw Min Htike. Sattra Paleenaram beat Velasco Brent of the Philippines in the Bantamweight and Chatpol Petsongsri defeated Myanmar’s Tun Lin in Light Weight final.

Thai boxers won all ten golds in men boxing amateur finals.

Kaeo Pongprayoon easily beat Laotian Sikham Vongpakhoun in Pinweight final by points and crowned first gold for Thailand.

Light Flyweight Amnat Ruenroeng beat Mohamad Zamzai Azizi also by points and veteran boxer Somjit Jongjorhor won the third gold after his opponent, Godfry Castro of the Philippines retired after two minutes fight in the first round.

Thai women boxers won six of seven boxing amateur finals at the 24th Sea Games.

Pinweight Dueannapha Ngamlam grabbed first boxing gold for Thailand when referree annouced her victory over Vietnamese Yen Vu Thi by RSC outclass in the second round.

Sopida Satumrum beat Kate Apari of the Philippines by points to secure Thailand's second gold in Ligt Flyweight final while Hansa Kadeewong was knocked out by Filipino Annie Albania in the first round.

Superbantamweight champion Rajamongol Kokiert Gym of Thailand will defend his title with Filipino Ariel Delgado.

WBO and PABA best promoter Kokiert Panichayarom said he will organised the defending title match between Rajamongol, ABCO Superbantamweight champion, against Delgado in Thailand's northeastern province of Yasothorn on 28 December.
